Summer, Summer, summertime. Time to sit back and unwind. Or in our case, rewind. We are deep into summertime, so let’s take time to rewind and look at the events of July!
Adoption Finalization and Placement
In July, we were excited to celebrate one adoptive placement and one family's adoption finalization. One child was placed with their adoptive family, beginning a new chapter together. We also celebrated a family whose adoption was finalized, making their adoption legally permanent. We are thrilled for both families and congratulate them on these significant milestones. We wish them continued happiness and success as they move forward in their journeys together.
SUMMERTIME
It is hard to believe that we are already into August. Summer always seems to fly by, and before we know it, school will be starting and families will be settling into new routines.
Over the past few months, many of our families have shared their summertime adventures with us. From swimming and trips to the beach to spending time outdoors with family and friends, it has been wonderful to see so many different ways our children and families are making memories together. We have enjoyed seeing the smiles, laughter, and special moments captured in these photos.
While the start of the school year is just around the corner, we are certainly not trying to rush summer away! We hope to receive even more summer pictures throughout August before backpacks and school buses take center stage.
We hope you enjoy seeing all of our adorable little ones, and not-so-little ones, enjoying their summer fun. Thank you to all the families who shared their photos and allowed us to celebrate these special moments with you.
Celebrating 250 Years of America
This July, our nation celebrated a remarkable milestone: 250 years since the founding of the United States. For generations, our country has been guided by the ideals of liberty, equality, opportunity, and justice for all. While our nation continues to grow and evolve, these principles remain at the heart of what it means to be American.
At Adoption Circle, we are honored to work with families from all backgrounds and walks of life. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow up in a safe, loving, and permanent family, and we are proud to support adoptive families regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or background. Every adoption story is unique, and together they reflect the diversity and strength of the communities we serve.
We loved seeing the many Fourth of July celebrations shared by our families this year. Whether gathering with loved ones, attending community events, enjoying fireworks, or simply spending time together, these moments remind us of the importance of family, connection, and belonging.
As we celebrate this historic anniversary, we are grateful for the opportunity to be part of so many families' journeys. We look forward to continuing our mission for years to come and hope that Adoption Circle will be helping children and families thrive for generations to come. Here's to celebrating 250 years of our nation and the wonderful families who make our work so meaningful.

Making a Difference Through the Ohio Pregnancy and Parenting Grant
Over the past year, Adoption Circle has been honored to partner with Hope Love Dream and POEM, through the Ohio Pregnancy and Parenting Grant offered through Ohio Department of Children and Youth. This grant was awarded to agencies across Ohio for a two-year period, and we are excited to now be entering our second year of service through this important initiative.
Since the program began, Adoption Circle has had the opportunity to serve more than 500 women who were either pregnant or parenting a child 12 months of age or younger. Through this partnership, we have provided education on a variety of topics, including safe sleep practices, car seat safety, and crib safety. We also partnered with community organizations to offer infant and child CPR education, helping parents and caregivers gain valuable skills and confidence.
In addition to educational programming, we have been able to provide much-needed material assistance to families throughout our service area. Over the past year, more than 41,000 diapers, 170 cribs, and over 200 car seats have been distributed to families in need. These resources have helped parents provide safe and healthy environments for their young children while easing some of the financial pressures many families face.
The response from both the community and the women we serve has been truly overwhelming. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to support parents during such an important season of life and are humbled by the trust families place in us.
Adoption Circle feels honored to partner with Hope Love Dream and POEM to provide education, support, and essential resources to families. We look forward to continuing this work throughout the remainder of 2026 and into 2027, helping ensure that parents and children have access to the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive.
